️Shipping/Pickup Option:
Flat rate shipping is $10 within Canada. A pickup option is available in East Gwillimbury, Ontario (Green Lane & Leslie). If you'd like to pick up your order, please message for more details and a promo code will be provided to waive the shipping fee. Pickup address will be provided once order has been placed.
️Bulk Orders:
If you're interested in placing a bulk order for corporate, wedding, or special events, send us a direct message! Preferred pricing is available, depending on quantity and personalization.
️Candle Care and Safety:
- Never burn your candle unattended
- Burn your candle on a heat-resistant surface
- Keep lit candles away from children, pets, and flammable objects
- Always trim your wick before relighting
️Scent Throw:
Our candles are scented but are not designed to be overpowering. Since pillar candles don't tend to pool (and they drip), they tend not to have the strongest scent throw. Unlit, the candles will emit a beautiful fresh linen scent.
️Disclaimer:
As each item is handmade to order, returns or refunds will not be offered. Please note that each candle is unique and it is not uncommon for there to be minor imperfections due to temperature changes. Soy candles don't always have a smooth finish, however this will not impact the performance of the candle. This candle should be placed on a plate or in a bowl before it is lit to ensure no damage to the surface it is placed on. Once candle has completed burning, wait for the wax to cool down and harden and it will come off with ease.
