This item is made from Jesmonite which is a strong durable material and is solvent free which means no harmful chemicals, clean and sustainable items for your beautiful home. All items are sanded for a smooth finish and sealed with Concrete wax, Bees wax and Carnauba Wax for extra protection.

Care Guide:
To keep your items long lasting please follow the care guide. The items are sealed but due to the material they can still absorb harsh stains, please wipe any spills straight away. These items are not waterproof.

Shipping:
These items are made to order, my processing time is 3-5 days to ensure the items are durable. They are sent In a recyclable box, biodegradable packing peanuts and honeycomb paper. All items are sent with tracking with either Royal Mail / Evri.

Refunds and Cancellations:
Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours after ordering, the item will have began its making process after this. If you are unhappy with your item we have a 30day refund policy, your item will need to be returned unless damaged in the original packaging. If your item is damaged in transit I'm happy to send a replacement or offer a refund.

All items are handmade by Cosiness23. Small air bubbles can be seen due to the nature of the material. Every piece is handmade and no item will look the same. Never leave Incense sticks, candles or candle holders unattended when lit and always make sure they are completely blown out. These items are not Food safe. Keep out of reach from children and pets.
